Abstract

law is enacted to have a good process of the affairs and its distinguishing features including justness, and its inclusiveness. Obligation to law enforcement on behalf of judiciary and executive branches is not adequate, therefore the good process of the affairs and proper implementation of the laws need supervision. On the basis of principle the 156 of Iranian constitution, the judiciary branch has the responsibility to supervise the good enforcement of the rules through controlling court judges, Supreme Court, administrative court of justice and general inspection organization. The result of this research using the comparative studies, library and narration analysis method which was accomplished in 2012 indicate that the good process of the affairs is a matter of discretion. Hence this is the enforcement of rather the good process of the affairs which is preferred and later should be postponed to when th legislated.
