This is a new form of exercise participation and supervision of the state - nation on the mechanism of administrative, executive, financial and governance systems with approach maximum satisfaction. the term of Ombudsman recently expanded, explained a new approach in the international system. This paper aims to investigate the legal status, capacity, professional and legal ability of GIO to exercise its Triple legal identities this organization, In addition to improving integrity and structure of the anticorruption to discover and deal with administrative rule violations and also ombudsmanship activities. Here we will discuss a summary of strategies and mechanisms in improving of this situation.
