Study of the attitude towards Administrative Corruption and its Relationship with Social Capital (Case study of students at Sahid Bahonar University)

Abstract
The different social and civil systems, in their route to progress and growth, face different forms of social deviation and divergence. Development of administrative, and bureaucratic organizations, and increase of service department in modern societies, has resulted in expansion of deveation, and corruption in administrative and organizational fields in the form of white - collar crimes, along white blue-collar crimes. Administrative corruption which can be generally defined as the effort for gaining personal interest from the administrative position through unlawful means, has gained much attention due to its undesired economic political, social, and cultural consequences, and as a result, the need for a fundamental study on this social Issue from different scientific view points, especially from a sociology approach is felt more and more. This study, first tries to examine the attitudes of university students to administrative corruption as the only class of society who have the potential to gain administrative, and organizational positions in near future, and in the next phase, it tries to examine the relationship of administrative corruption with social capital as a strategic, and important concept.
