A comparative study of prevention economic corruption in Iranian law, and international documents

Economic corruption may be counted as a modern form of crime. In ternational community had made the most of its efforts by ratification of various conventions against it, and has reminded to governments the importance of the campaign since the early 1990s. Anti corruption convention of the United Nation an 31/oct/2002, pur suant by the virtue of resolution 4/58 adopted by the general as sembly to the U.N, and it is known as «Merida» Convention, and is among the most important international documents in this relation ship regard. Comparative studies and experiences of other countries reveal that, prevention of economic corruption requires the application of legis lative, and administrative measures beside utilization of media with the purpose of providing public instruction.
