The purpose of this research is to investigate the Factors Influencing repayments of the loans granted by Sepah bank. The required data and information are collected from Sepah bank through a questionnaire that was distributed to Loan applicants. Borrowers are divided into two groups by using The Logic Model with dependent variable of repayment. Analysis show that the variables of borrower's age. amount of loans, education income. effective monitoring and follow-up experts of Sepah Bank in collection of receivables debt are affective factors for the repayments.
