The relationship between human resource strategies, organizational commitment and perceived organizational support among Judiciary subsidiary offices staff in llam province

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship be tween human resource strategies, organizational commitment and perceived organizational support among Staff offices of subsidiaries of the judiciary in llam. Based on purpose of study, research type is applied and based on data collecting research method is descriptive - correlation study. The sample size was calculated using Cochran formula to 270subjects. Three Standard questionnaires, namely Darwish, Mvgaly, Mousavi and Panahi (2012) to measure human resource strategies, organizational commitment of Allen & Meyer (1990), and perceived organizational support by Allen et al. (2003) was used. For the to hypotheses test, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. Results showed that there was a significant relationship between human resource strategies with organizational commitment and perceived organizational support. Among all dimension of human resource strategies, those likes human resource development, recruitment, performance management, compensation and labor relations have positive and significant impact on organizational commitment and perceived organizational support.
