Abstract
Corruption is a global phenomenon. It is a problem that affects both developed and developing countries to varying degrees. Corruption affects the functionality of the state and equality of life of its citizens. undermining the institutions and values of democracy ethical values and justice and jeopardizing sustainable development and the rule of law. However, in many countries. corruption is seen as a problem with the administrative or economic nature. UN convention against corruption in such circumstances with awareness of corruption as a transnational issues was adopted. Major aspects of fighting corruption were considered. High expectations and intense optimism surrounded this latest addition to the multilateral initiatives against corruption. The UN Secretary-General asserted that the Convention 'can make a real difference to the quality of life of millions of people around the world'. This article within the framework of international system of human rights will evaluate those part of UN convention against corruption that Reflects a common concern of human rights and anti-corruption activists.
