This research examines the effect of organization health on job satisfaction of the personal in Shiraz Social organization with statistical population of 450 people. The number of directors and personnel who have high school diploma or higher is 170 which has been determined by Morgan table. They have been selected through classificatory random sampling. In this research, two questionnaires of organization health (Mc cusker) and job satisfaction (JDI) and also SPSS software were used in order to statistical analysis. Assumptions have been analyzed by Spearman Correlation Test. The results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between organization health and job satisfaction. Also, the findings suggest that economic factors are the most important factors influencing job satisfaction and lead to organization health but social factors have less effect on job satisfaction in this organization Key Words: Organization Health, Job Satisfaction, Organization Corruption Key Words: Organization Health, Job Satisfaction, Organization Corruption
