Mutual Impacts of Income distribution and national Income on the consumption of private sectors in Iran, and the role of inspection on realization of just distribution of incomes in the country

Abstract
This research reviews mutual impacts of incomes distribution, and national incomes on the consumption in Iran in the framework of a systematic study from 1973 up to 2010. The result show that views of those economists who believe that the increase of inequality is a means for increasing, of production by accumulation of wealth (A group who enjoy low inclination of consumption, and invest the surplus of their incomes) is rejected in Iran. On the other hand, this research approves the views of the second group of economists who believe that the increase of equality in Iranian economy increases consumption power of low levels of the society (a group who use domestic products instead of luxurious imported goods) will result in encouragement for consuming domestic products, and therefore the increase of gross domestic production. In addition, a review of the functions and duties of General Inspection organization show and reveals the Important role of this organization in the realization of more fair distribution of incomes through supervising exiting laws related to this field such as purposeful subsidies Act.
